These terms govern your purchase and use of the FollowTheLight course (the “Course”) provided by David Fayomi, trading as FollowTheLight (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or accessing the Course you agree to these terms.

The Course

The Course is a one-time purchase of £25 that grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to stream the video lessons and download the accompanying resources for your own use.

Your account

Access is tied to your account, the email you sign up with. Keep your login details secure and don’t share your account. We may suspend access we believe is being shared or misused.

What you may not do

• Redistribute, resell, or publicly share the videos or resources.
• Attempt to download, copy, or circumvent protection on the videos.
• Share your login with others.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t store your card details. Prices are shown at checkout and include any taxes where applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the Course available continuously but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may be updated or corrected over time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
