Please read this policy before you buy. By purchasing the FollowTheLight course you agree to it.

Digital content — no right to cancel once access begins

The Course is digital content supplied immediately after purchase. At checkout you expressly agree to get instant access and acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose the statutory 14-day “cooling-off” right to cancel that would otherwise apply to an online purchase.

We do not offer refunds

Because the Course is delivered in full and available the moment you pay, we are unable to offer refunds for a change of mind, for not getting round to watching it, or because the material turned out easier or harder than expected. The first lesson is free to preview, so please use it — and the details on our site — to decide before you buy.

If something is genuinely wrong

This does not affect your legal rights. If the Course is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t work as it should, UK consumer law entitles you to a repair, replacement, or refund. Email followthelight71@outlook.com with the details and we’ll put it right.

How refunds are made

Where a refund is due, it’s returned to your original payment method via Stripe, and your access to the Course is removed.
